Miga Solutions Foundation’s purpose is to help save lives around the world by supporting medical missions with donations of used medical equipment.

Miga Solutions Foundation is a 501(c)(3) corporation that engages in the acquisition and donation of surplus medical equipment to, and engage in other related activities and services for the benefit of, healthcare providers, agencies, charitable organizations and other service providers.

The Foundation is the charitable arm of Miga Solutions (Miga), a for-profit company founded in 2004 (www.migasolutions.com). Miga Solutions is a healthcare information and services company that helps hospitals find and recover value, save costs and avoid waste from medical equipment. Prior to the establishment of the Miga Foundation, Miga had been helping its hospital clients donate very usable equipment but with minimal market value to charitable organizations.
