How to Receive Equipment Donations
The Miga Solutions Foundation gets donations of all makes and models of medical equipment and our inventory in constantly changing. Click here to see the list of equipment currently available. To request a donation of equipment, please follow the simple steps outlined below.
- Register – You must register as an entity that wants to receive donations of equipment. You will need to provide the entity name, contact information, mailing address, shipping addresses and confirmation of your taxable status and any applicable tax exemption forms. To register please complete the form below or contact our staff by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone at (763) 225-8418.
- Sign Up for Our Emails – The Foundation sends regular emails to all registered organizations with a current list of equipment that is available for donation. Please contact our staff via email at email@example.com to register your contact info to receive our emails.
- Request Equipment – View our inventory and request what you need by emailing our staff or clicking on the Request button below. All equipment will be donated on a first-come, first-served basis in the order that it is requested. and will be available for pickup at our Plymouth, MN headquarters. Pick-up and shipping costs from our Plymouth, MN facility are the responsibility of the receiving organization.
- Pickup Your Equipment – All equipment must be picked up within seven (7) business days from being notified that equipment is being donated to your organization. Any equipment not picked up within seven (7) days will be released for donation to another requesting organization.
