The Miga Solutions Foundation provides support to communities in need regardless of country, region, religion, race, or political affiliation. To request donations, please complete and submit the form below. A representative of the Miga Foundation will contact you.
To request donations, you only need to sign up one-time and provide your organization’s IRS Determination Letter or other proof of non-profit status. You’ll then be eligible to make requests. You will also be added to our mailing list so you can receive notifications of current and new inventory as it becomes available. All donations are intended for use in a medical or educational setting and are not intended for resale.
Within a few days of submitting your request, you will be notified as to which items we have available for your organization. Donations are available for pickup at our Plymouth, MN headquarters and shipping is the responsibility of the receiving organization. We request that donations be picked up within 10 business days at our Plymouth, MN warehouse unless prior arrangements are made.
